And no I don't think GT6 even brought in 100s of million $ revenue at launch considering it might not have sold more than a million which is less than $40-50M profit after subtracting costs. Only sold 300K in the US which is 25% of what GT5 managed.

In the UK sold 5 times lower than GT5

Considering it debuted at 20-25% of GT5 I doubt the game has cracked 2-3M worldwide.

And wheres the profits ?

You doubting means what exactly ? nothing.

GT6 was easy money to them at a time they were stuggling.  It released lacking any major marketing and sold millions.

GT5 japan sales .81m, GT6 500k - Only market we have legitamte sales. 

So do basic math home boy, even if GT6 did anyhere near even half the sales of its predecessor thats about 5 million in sales.

By the way using US numbers, you might want to add GT6 recived NO tv marketing there.  Guess why, its costs.

Because they couldn't no matter how much marketing penny spend on it. The hype for PS4 was unreal and no one in Europe cared for GT6 after just buying the PS4.

What games sold well that fall on PS3 outside the traditional Fifa, CoD and AC? Because Puppeteer didnt do well, Beyond sold less than Heavy Rain despite having Ellen Page and Willem Dafoe behind it.

Even now GT6 is in the top 50 in some Euro market amazons, its been in the top ten best sellers for PS3 much of the year.

I see you lack basic understanding skills dont you, let me dumb it down for you.

I said it recived no TV commercial in USA (a mere fact why you dont understand that is beyond me), not that it got zero marketing of Any kind.  You can take your leaks and show em where the sun dont shine.  Whats GT6s LT sale buddy, where is your leak info on that ?

Japan it did 500k, thats 61% of GT5 sales once agian a mere FACT.  

So maybe Go educate your self before you give that sort of advice ever agian.

By the way what were sonys profits beforePS4 launch ? avoiding reality arent we.

They should release GT6 remastered for the PS4 this holiday. It would be nice to have it with better graphics and better ai.

they been making it for years.  (gt6 was made with GT7 in mind.)

Yeah PS4 took so much of their attention, they didnt even bother releasing a tv commercial for GT6 LMAO! The fact is it sold just 25% of GT5 in the US and that is entirely Sony's fault. The game bombed, after 1.5 years later PD still hasn't updated their sales figures, PD usually updates the franchise numbers every 6 months, now they're silent. The sales are unworthy of a GT title.

If you have eyes take the time to read through their financial statements. Their losses from a single division is so high it negates all the profits from their other divisions. That has never meant none of the divisions at Sony are doing well as you claimed and as you can see most of them are turning a profit. Why do I even have to explain this, you don't even bother to read, that info is right there, this is so embarrassing.

I guess not but it didn't affected in any way the PS4 sales.

And PD implemented a lot of features in GT6 already looking for PS4... so it was a nice laboratory.

BTW GT6 could easily sell 7-8 million... you can found it yet in a lot of Europen chartz... the point was that GT5 was the second best selling GT game and the fastest in terms of time... compare GT6 to GT5 is a bit weird even more after the PS4 launch.

I agree. I didn't buy it because it came out for PS3 instead of PS4. Maybe they'll do a PS4 remaster?
