The only way Nintendo should let this fly is if MS finally makes a Minecraft port for Wii U. Otherwise Nintendo should tell them to shove it.

And in some way they would have to own both consoles to be happy if that were to occur...would it not? (Specifically to enjoy Banjo, period) Thats all I am saying. They might as well go dual console if they want some love from Banjo. Personally, Bayonetta deserves that love. ;)

Its wishful thinking until it happens. Microsoft would have to license the character to them and we'd get the news for it.

Not at all, many people want/would like to see their characters in SSB. I doubt many people would be mad if Banjo was in the game, he represents a big part of N64 era. 

As for your P.S. i dont remember at all news for Konami/Namco/Sega/Capcom doing the same? 

Or promote Metal Gear with Snake in Brawl.
