You can find THQ in the "people also searched for" box when you google Onlive

OnLive was ahead of its time, and now Sony is in the driver's seat... They just need some competition to keep them real, sadly none is even close to competing.

Microsoft has some viable looking competition in the streaming sector - they have said 360 -> 1 is possible

On live was a good idea done wrong even if it had everything going for it. I was amazed by how I could play borderlands at 60fps with amazing settings on my horrible laptop.

Send a Friend Request On PSN :P

Like I said. PS Now = PS5. Sony's being smart. If they can use these next 7 or 8 years to perfect game streaming, as well as use this time to fill the library with as many PS1, PS2, PS3, and eventually PS4 games, PS Now will be an absolute monster in the future.

Never even heard of them. But good for Sony... I guess?

Onlive has been in stasis for 3 years, so I guess that explains why you never heard of it. At one point, it was actually valued at $1.8B.

Edit: I decided to not be a hypocrite.

I think Sony will release PS5,6 and probably even 7 consoles, but by that time it will be an option to play the games in 120fps 4k VR or sth like that, as some applications are just too dependend on extremely fast response times to do them over the internet

But how will it handle VR? I think VR is going to be to big to do that. To much latency.

Good job Sony! :D
