I kinda hope not, the mood/atmosphere may have put some people off but it had the opposite effect on me, I really don't want it to get "dark/edgy". The trailer was great and I'd like to see the game be the way the trailer paints it to be.

I'm just really happy that we finally have a trailer. I'm very excited for the game and I hope that Atlus and Nintendo can pull it off to make it great.

The thing is, this is SHIN MEGAMI TENSEI. NOT Persona.

That is why I feel like it starts out like that but then gets darker. Kind of like some of the Zelda games.

Awesome! Yeah, I'm more hyped for this than any other game on the Wii U (Yes, more than Splatoon, Xenoblade X, Zelda, Star Fox, Fatal Frame V, Devil's Third, Yoshi's Woolly World etc)

I was hoping it would be a strategy game... Trailer almost looks like a fighting game... As of now, the game just dropped way off my radar, the trailer killed any interest I had...

More like an ATB RPG.

The gameplay will be similar to classic Final Fantasy or Bravely Default. So there will be some strategy involved, although I do agree, it would have been nice to it as a Fire Emblem type strategy game.

A lot different than I expected, that's for sure.

I'm still glad we got a trailer, and glad that I can be excited for this game again.
