Forums - Nintendo - I'm genuinely concerned for the Wii U's future

After watching the Nintendo Direct, I've come to fear for the Wii U. It was 80% 3DS. AGAIN.

The only mildly interesting Wii U related thing (for me at least) was a LONG overdue trailer, which was SMT x FE. I was expecting at least SOME compensation for the Zelda delay, but was given none.

Maybe E3 will do something for the Wii U... However, I think it's all about the NX from here on out.

I love Nintendo and I don't like to see this happen..

Honestly if you were Nintendo would you really support the Wii U? The Dreamcast sold better.

I love Nintendo too, but they really dropped the ball with the Wii U, and need to move on. They deserve at least one big time screw up. Goodness knows Sega got about 20 of them.

What...? The only major thing the 3ds is even getting is Fire Emblem in 2016... The rest isn't even that note worthy... Where as the wiiU is getting tons of things by comparison... The OP is pretty facepalm

SMTxFE, Yoshi, Splatoon, Virtual Console, Smash, Mario Kart, Mario Maker, Fatal Frame....
The content is about the same amount as what was shown for 3DS

ehm, they will not drop wiiu support for the NX, if they drop support, they drop the n3ds support...
