 i gotta admit. i lol'd when i saw this back in 2005. i mean just look at it. you would have to stretch youe fingers to reach the analog sticks and the r and l buttons. speaking of r and l buttons, they look like the buttons on a mouse.

im glad sony stuck with their classic design. i mean lol magine using the SIXAXIS feature on this controller

 

although it would be nice for sony to release this controller as an alternative option, you know just to try it out. you agree?

 if the ps3 ended up using this controller, would you have bought a ps3?

1-yes, i love sony.

2- fuck no, xbox 360 controller  it is

looks uncomfortable to use, so they probably stuck with the shape that worked in the past.

probably got lost in the 4th dimension :)

I thought the same about stretching fingers, didn't like it at all... but I don't believe it would make a real difference when deciding about the console. I don't even like the Dual Shock design but I got a PSone, and a PC controller with the same design too.

...i hated this thing....it looks unbearably uncomfortable....and it just looks stupid...good choice by sony to stay with the classic dualshock look

Everyone hated it and demanded a normal PS controller, i for one would not be buying a PS3 if that was the controller, i would of bought a 360.

 I believe Boomerang was used as a hunting weapon by the natives... so if anybody actually laughed, the Sony rep could just throw that at him. ;)
