Honestly, none of those games interest me nearly as much as Xenoblade X. So the year's best RPG is not on PS4, but Wii U. I don't see any of those others coming very close.

So far the only JRPG announced as an exclusive for this gen consoles that I'd be willing to try is Type-0 HD, needless to say it's not enough to make me want a PS4 or an Xbox One.

If they come in 2015 I'll buy Persona 5 and Zestiria along with Lost Dimension for my PS3, but that's about it. Handhelds look more interesting for me in the JRPG department this year.

Only two games are coming to the Xbox One though, the Witcher 3 and Final Fantasy Type Zero.

Although the 3DS has big hitters such as Xenoblade, Etrian Mystery Dungeon, Fire Emblem, Bravely Second and more.

Yeah, there are RPGs spread around luckily. There may be just one, but Xenoblade Chronicles X on the Wii U may be all that Wii U fans will need RPG wise. ; )

Honestly; the only game on that list that I'm getting is The Witcher 3 and I'm buying that on PC, so it's not a good year for me despite being a huge RPG fan.
Then again, with what is likely one of the best games of the entire generation having released on friday; I have no right to complain either.

You can as well count dragon quest heroes as a ps4 exclusive since its only releasing on PS4 for us
