I suspect the holiday title will be Star Fox. Animal Crossing (which is not confirmed) and SMT x FE might be but that would only be if they were more completed than we think.

Nintendo will definitely have new Wii U games to show at E3. I'm hopeful that one or two of them will release this Holiday. A possible scenario would be Animal Crossing and/or a HD Twilight Princess.
Knowing Nintendo though, they'd simply put a finished game on hold for 6 months and delay others as well. I sure hope not. I wouldn't be all surprised if Yoshi, Splatoon, Xenoblade and Devil's Third are all completed by now.
