Based on the sales of previous sales of Halo games, which keeps declining and Halo 5 didn't do that good as most optimistic people was saying, i don't think so, the UC4 is actually quite real, also The last of us did open a lot of new opportunities sale-wise.
Halo did well when it was building up fame early-mid 2000 but people aren't as interested anymore because they have expanded themselves deeper into gaming. I see both doing above 7-10m world-wide in 2018-2019 if UC4 can be the equal of the last of us.
