I didn't see anyone saying Bayonetta 2 is a game for kids. Instead, I saw nothing but praise for a mature game.

Well, Bayonetta isn't really labeled as lots of colours...

But for OT, it's basically what some people think that gets all the attention

i think Wonderful 101 is a colorful game and i wouldn't classify that as a game for kids.

Also part of the reason why "colorful" games coming to PS/Xbox are classified as a breath of fresh air is because there aren't many colorful games on those platforms, at least not when compared to the majority of games on those platforms, well... thats the only reason that i can think of to be honest :/

If I had to guess, other than just dumb opinions, most people feel that Sony and MS's games are drab and realistic. So when they get colorful games they're different than the norm, so they're a breath of fresh air? Probably something like that if you're trying to find logic in it.

well, it's like a big opinion. Everybody has an opinion, I just want to know why!
