Nice move from Sony. This is a very nice way to make money, not like the typical proprietary moves it's done in the past. Someone in the PlayStation is listening to the fans. Provide a vanilla product and let the customers decide how much they want to pay to customize their overall experience with the product. (No sarcasm here.)

The Bloodborne faceplate shall be mine.

That's my biggest issue with faceplates versus an entire themed console. It's like how the majority of the 360 faceplates only really went well with the OG white 360. On topic though, I think the Bloodborne one is kind of meh while the one with the symbols is hot. It would be even better if the symbols glowed blue while the console was on, or at least while powering up.
