"Tabata-san mentioned that the area in the demo is just a small part of the Duscae region. The whole region will include some cities and towns and even old ruins in the full version of the game. The whole world of the game is about ten times the size of the whole Duscae region."

Duscae as a demo is not gonna be in final game, but the game it self will be part of full FF 15 version in single stories , meh another stupid act from Journalist. Unlike Metal Gear Solid Ground zero which is full fledged game. we dont need  a rocket science knowledge to understand this .
