I did.
From E rated to H.. I mean M.
Corpse Party 1, 2, Danganrompa, Divi Dead, Nekopara, Saya no Uto, Yume Miru Kusuri, Clannad, Toradora, Amagami, Narcissu, Tsukihime, Katawa Shoujo, Oriemo, and a few others but can't quite remember at the moment. i've always wanted to try the ace attorney series but no DS at the moment
The Danganronpa games are excellent. 999 and its sequel, VLR, were what got me into visual novels. There were a lot of good ones in the DS library if I remember correctly (Ghost Trick, Hotel Dusk, Theresia) but I never really played them.
It'll be awhile before I figure out how to do one of these. :P
I was wondering if AA counted as one, but you cleared that right away. Then my answer is yes, yes I have... I played one of the best, the AA series : )

I played Double Cast on the PS1 when I lived in Korea, my girlfriend at the time could read and speak Japanese. So that was the reason why. From what I remember it was pretty cool, I think the girl in the game had a split personality.
On a side note, the visual novels being made for the XB1 in Japan, aren't they supposed to come to the West?
I played most of the DS ones: Ace Attorney series, Miles Edgeworth Investigations, Kyle Hyde series (Hotel Dusk and Last Window), Again, Trace Memory, Ghost Trick, 999, Time Hollow, Jake Hunter.... think that's it. If you know other DS ones let me know.

o: I can't believe Saya no Uta is the only one you've played, consider how obscure, dark, and messed up I've heard that game is... : X
