November or December 2015.
Normally H2 sales are roughly double than H1 ones, so by end of 2015 it should be easily above 31M, but when 30M will happen is not easily predictable, last year BF week was bigger than any December week also WW, but it doesn't always go that way outside of USA and WW.

Well, if you rememebr last year, AMD had only produced 34 million PS4s and Xbox Ones. I can't say that I know 30 million PS4 can ACTUALLY be produced by September. But assuming it can, the 30 million target will most likely be reached in November or December. The wildcard here is MGS V. This will be a system seller for PS4 in September.

You aware that the PS4 sold 14M+ in 2014? If it sells 1M less than its sales last year it will still hit 30M.

I think the real debate should be if it will hit 30M before November or after. Right now the PS4 is doing like 600k better yoy.

I am basically saying that the price will determine how soon it hits 30 million. So if its 399 it will hit 30 million but at 299 around the right releases, it may happen much much sooner.
