Only in SotC, but they're not generic, so I guess it doesn't really count.

Yeah Im pretty sure you are supposed to feel bad for that one ='(

not at all.

Sometimes, like Leon Bell from Dead Rising 2. Sure, he's an obsessed psychopath and a douche, but I kinda got his primal obsession towards Chuck. Felt bad killing him.

I don't worry much about this since some bad guys are extremely annoying and they deserve their death.

I remember that the bad guys chocking, 'I don't want to die,' as they slumped to the ground in perfect dark seemed really dark at the time.

No. I fell bad if I don't kill them fast enough so I can keep advancing.

Nope, I mean it's not like voodoo where it has any effect on real life, right? Right?

Add me on Xbox: DWTKarma

Well, it's definitely weird for me when games try to tell an emotional story and you're shooting dozens of guys that don't seem to care about their lives a few minutes afterwards.

But it usually doesn't matter for me whether the enemies are humans or monsters.

The worst is when I lose my own Pikmin, but they're not enemies.

Depends, I feel kinda bad when i kill the naive monsters on MH and xenoblade, maybe i think it's because their animation really convinces me. They're just there walking on their own and then you start a battle with them for no reasons and when you kill them, they fall down... i don't know...

But the rest i don't care, even the pedestrians on gta and the pokemons

Edit: the question is about generic bad guys, so my answer is no

We reap what we sow

Bad guys in video games are too generic or stereotypical for the most part. I wish they were more interesting. If they were then I'd have more sympathy for 'em. I think the best antihero/bad guy was Kain from the Legacy of Kain series.

Oh and seeing as we are all ignoring the generic part I have to mention Caius from FFXIII-2, although I hardly even consider him the bad guy.
