Is Sly Cooper owned by Sony? I know it's only available on PS platforms which is a shame really. It should be a Nintendo ip. =D |
It's owned by Sony.
There are a lot of games who are avaible on playstation and not the other consoles like japanese niche stuff like akiba strip, indie games in general and free to play games like war thunder. All those games could be classified as b or c stuff.

Yeah I'm pretty tough on giving someone the A grade too. Basically just the top 2 or MAYBE 3 franchises can be considered that. So basically for Sony it's
1. Any ND game (since TLoU has done so well I felt I should include it somehow)
2. Gran Turismo
3. MAYBE GoW
Nintendo:
1. 2d and 3d Main Mario platformers
2. LoZ
3. Pokemon
MS:
1. Halo
2. Gears
3. Forza

AC is definitely A tier for Nintendo.
Everything not:
- From Naughty Dog
- Named God of War
- Named Gran Turismo

Certainly and I would put Resistance on that list as well.
Jak & Daxter is at this point neither A or B though.
Most of their games sit in the B tier, even though Sony pushes them to be in tier A. Resistance, Killzone, Twisted Metal, Sly, inFamous ect have sold for the most part good and received positive critical and fan response but never been smash hits. Sony has over a dozen different franchises that are all good but don't gain traction. It sucks because I enjoy a lot of these games and they go dormant (Resistance. Syphon Filter)
PS4:
LittleBigPlanet 3 (didn't get enough marketing as the previous ones)
Resogun (probably the best PS4 exclusive so far)
Fat Princess Adventures (To be Released)
Ratchet & Clank Remake (Remake of the first game, to be released with the movie)
Tearaway Unfolded (Platform game focused on using new control types, the PS4 game looks very different from Vita's)
PS Vita:
Gravity Rush (open world Anime Style game where you can control gravity, my favorite game on Vita)
Soul Sacrifice / Soul Sacrifice Delta (dark version of Monster Hunter)
Oreshika Tainted Bloodlines (Classic J-RPG, finally debuting in USA)
Freedom Wars (anime style, futuristic Monster Hunter)
Tearaway (Platformer focused on new control styles)
Sly Cooper Thieves In Time (Stealth PLatformer with open world levels, mix of Banjo & Kazooie to MGS)
KillZone Mercenary (PS3 quality FPS on Vita)
Sound Shapes (2D Musical Platformer)
PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale (brawler with sony mascots)
Jak & Daxter Trilogy (remaster of the PS2 Platformer/Action game)
Ratchet & Clank Trilogy (remaster of the PS2 Plaformer/Action Game)
Sly Cooper Collection (remaster of the PS2 Stealth Platformer)
...
PS3
Some titles are also on Vita, so I will only say some that have the "Nintendo Charm"
Puppeteer
Ratchet & Clank Future Trilogy
...
The Bitch is back! And better then ever! #BritneyReturns
SONY Bring them BACK for PS4 and VITA!
