What's stupid about that?

Paying to play 10 hours of gameplay 5 days earlier is a smart move now? Didn't get that memo.

Yes, it gives you more things for that month, but sub just for that is kind of stupid imo and is falling into their "trap".

You still get the 8 full games and 10% off of Battlefield Hardline. So how is it stupid to pay $5 for that if there's extra incentive?

Yeah, I played in the beta, Battlefield Hardline is a high budget attempt at copying Payday, and it fails on most levels.

BFH sucks even worse, at least payday is fun to play.

Only thing BFH has going for it are the gun animations.

Re read my second sentence and you will find the answer to the question. I'm talking about a very specific action, that alone is the foundation of my argument. If you change my argument i will no longer have reason. I know that. Thanks for the clarification.

You're assuming someone would get EA Access just to play the 10 hours of BF Hardline and then do nothing else with it for the rest of the month. How is that logical?

Well, we did come to the same conclusion. Stupid right. It shouldn't surprise you, i have friends that pay for ps+ and live and they don't download or play the gifted monthly games. No one, but several frfriends. Stupidity is out there, staring us in the face.

Doesn't really matter to me. I lost interest in battlefield a while back. Sony didn't want EA access and this is just a negative consequence of that choice. Early access is just early access. It's not a big deal.

ugh gamer this day.

There is absolutely no reason for EA to do this, it's not worth the Sony fanbase. Of course it's going to hurt your user base. I hope it sells less on PS4 as a result. Sony gamer's have every right to vote with their wallet. That being said gamer's from all extremes, need to show a little more dignity. If you really care, start a social media campaign to lowers sales of the title until the first price drop, that'll get the developers attention and send a clear message to EA that Sony fans do not appreciate this. Financial insentive is the most powerful tool the consumer has.

Why isn't EA access on PC?

When EA decides EA Access is in the best interest for Origin consumers, they will release EA Access on their own Origin platform for the PC.

*Note: It should be obvious by now*

Oh yeah, it's only an attempt, not even close to matching it lol.  Love me some Payday hah!

Man WTF? You say show dignity then come up with a shitty way to "get" back at them? For what? It was offered to the other platform. It was rejected by the other platform. Instead of directing your attention to the ones who made the decision for you it's attack the company that offered the service? Unbelievable
