Vita feels less doomed right now!

Honestly I expected slightly higher hardware from Vita, good none the less. GE2:Rage Burst sales are higher then I expected. Sony Should throw some money into the next iteration, ensure its vita exclusive (no PS4/PS3 or Ninetndo) and allowing the team to up the budget and widen their ambitions.

Wow, PSV matches 3DS. A rare sight for sure. Big week for both it and the PS4, which does good because of all the releases. PS4 will obviously come out on top of the home-console market when it's all over. 3DS is fine enough as long as it strolls along at this pace in Japan. It already outsold GBA, what more do we want? Especially if software keeps performing this good. WiiU is a pity of course, but hopefully (and I don't believe so) we won't see 3k weeks this year.

Well then the same hyperbole could be used for handheld market that will never be so good like before , but people dont, for me, that shows  it wasnt an hyperbole for a lot of people, they thought WiiU représented the futur of consoles in japan ( like those who thought that for the world before PS4/X1 launch )

If people already surprise with this PS4 sales, wait for next week, Dragon Quest is releasing next week. The sales will spike again.
