Basically the whole soundtrack of this game, I used to play it so much.
Now there are many other game soundtracks that spark nostalgia for me (SM64, OOT, etc.) but this song up there causes me to 'nostalgia' - nostalgia, if you know what I mean.

The classics obviously, mostly Nintendo themes. plus some early PS1 era stuff. Without the simplistic sounds of the 'midi', newer tunes can be great be less memorable. This said, I have some great remixes from OCRemix.org. Mostly FF games as I remember the music from those.

N64 sounds are the world to me anyways. Yes, I have memories of (S)NES sounds but N64 triggers something in my head that the others don't.
The world map themes for Final Fantasy 4, 6, and 7. It's like someone nearby is peeling a hundred onions and I can't stop smiling.
Castlevania, Faxanadu, Metroid, Super Mario Bros, Legend of Zelda, Mike Tyson's Punch-Out... pretty much NES anything... but these in particular.
