I have DS4 and have spent some time with XOne controller.

The Xbox controller has more satisfying triggers and better analog sticks. It also looks elegant and modern. One big issue is the LB and RB shoulder buttons. They are out of reach.

The DS4 has a better size, feels more comfortable in the hand. It has more features. The 3.5mm audio jack is god sent. The speaker is amazing. It really offers unmatched audio experience.

I haven't used the XBO controller, so I can't judge well. I'm surprised someone thinks the ds4 is more comfortable than the U pro, but I suppose the size of a person's hands is also a factor. As some have said, they're all quite optimized at this point. I reckon the DS4 is the best simply because of that touch pad thingy, since a developer can potentially do stuff on that controller that he couldn't do on the other two.
