Yeah, but it's like Catherine box art. Or the Mass Effect 3 box art. You can put whoever you want, FemShepard, Katherine, or in this case, Sebastian standing over the Lighthouse. They're reversible box arts.

Siren Blood Curse also had an inside art, although I pretty much prefer the OG box art.

I have both versions. but I still perfer my dreamcast one.

I don't know wether these are my 'favourite' boxarts of all time, but they sure are amongst my most liked ones.

I know it's boring and predictable, but here's mine:

I'm going with Majora's Mask too and purple is a sexy color. MGS4 was just a close up but it left a big impression on me. GT5 was also great.
