I would say that 800k is a better estimate. I doubt the game sold 250k in Japan. Going by COMG preorders a sub 200k opening is more likely. Never the less, impressive sales, and I do hope that it will eventually sell on par with OoT3DS.

Used 150,000 in Japan (very low for me imho): 720,000 USA+EU+JAP.

With Rest of Nord America and Rest of world, i think that 800,000 is the worst scenario... maybe 850,000 is a better estimate.

Lets hope so Are these numbers digital downloads to, or just retail games? If so, how much can the DD attach ratio be? Over 200k globally?

Probabily Sold+Digital, but if is Retail only, 1M first week confirmed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
