I have watched those and liked all of them. The Cabin in the Wood isn't a scary movie but it is just brilliant in what it does.

Sinister was very cool.

I liked [Rec], don't take it at face value for a zombie slasher. It's Spanish and subtitled tho.

The Children. A low budget (but not awful) british horror about a virus that makes children deadly, bit like children of the corn.

And I just watched last night, Eventus Horizon, a space horror from the late 90's with supernatural elements.

I will say tho, I don't think they are "scary" films. They're suppose to be I guess but then Sinister is the only film that has come close to scaring me in the last decade.
