How much do you think it would have sold by now? Would it be heavily outpacing the Wii? I think it definitely would be because it was almost doing that a few months ago at $400 compared to the Wii's $250 price. I think it would be at 21,000,000 with supply constraints. How about you?

probably around 5M. after the first 5M sony would have inccurred at least a billion in debt and have gone out of business.

It would have sold so well that it may have made the CEO smile on the way to file bankruptcy for bleeding so much money on a system that sells at a pretty extreme loss.

I think it would have PS4 shortages even up to today if it was $250

King of a weird hypothetical, as a $250 ps4 probably wouldn't be anything like the $400 ps4 we have now. The wii came out that cheap because it incredibly underpowered, roughly the same as the GameCube. So assuming the same for the Sony, a $250 ps4 would be roughly the same as a PS3. If that was the case, and it didn't have a hook like the wii with motion controls, honestly I think it would have flopped...
