Although, Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon was a good 3D-ish Metroidvania, so maybe yes, dunno about the art style, though

I just hope we get a new Metroid at some point! Although, I still have to finish Prime trilogy and the original game before beginning a new Metroid ^^

Well, it doesn't bother me much because I don't like my Metroid on a tiny little screen. The last 2D Metroid I enjoyed was Fusion back in the day, and it was on the GBA player so I could play it on the TV.

I really want Prime 4! That is all.
