Forums - Gaming - Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment - one of the best publishers now?

Occurred to me recently how many games WB have published and are publishing in the future. It seems like they have become a major force in gaming, but have done it pretty quietly. At least that is how it feels to me.

For instance, their output in 2010 was as follows:

The Bachelor and The Bachelorette; Game Party in Motion; Batman The Brave & the Bold; Legend of the Guardians The Owls of Ga'hoole; Lego Harry Potter Years 1-4; LOTR Aragorn's Quest; Scooby-Doo and the Spooky Swamp; Sesame Street Cookie's Counting Carnival; Sesame Street Elmo's at the zoo Adventure; Super Scribblenauts; Touchmaster Connect and Vacation Isle Beach Party

And 2015:

Dying Light; Mad Max; The Witcher 3; Batman Arkham Knight; Lego Jurassic World; Mortal Kombat X

And another of their studios just released Shadow of Mordor

What do you rhink of WB?

Maybe if they keep expanding they will have their own show at E3. Certainly have more interesting stuff to show than EA ever do

Very good studio in my books. Dying Light might be hit & miss, but I for one am looking forward to it (disc copy).

dont forgett the lego games

With some luck, they will make more games NOT based on their movie properties.

Almost every one is tied to that. Based on the reviews for the movie Jupiter Ascending, we will probably not be seeing a game based on that concept.

It is near the end of the end....

Didn't know they were publishing MK and Witcher.

Movie licensed games are only bad when they have to fit in with an actual movie release. When the developers are just given the IP to work with instead the games produced are far better on average
