Well Dr. Vita vita has sadly nothing to push its sales outside of japan while wii u will have stuff thatll push it a little to a decent amount(splatoon, zelda, xenoblade, mario party, etc.)
vita needs more exclusives that appeal to the west
but it is good its undertracked though

Out of curiosity. People seem to be attacking the OP for his username and avatar. Do you by any chance do the same every time you enter a thread and someone makes a point about Ninty and has a Ninty avatar/signature/username? Please be honest.

As for the OP's prediction, I think that Wiiu will beat vita eventually because I feel like Sony is about to drop the vita (though hopefully I'm wrong about that).

As I said in another thread, I find it meaningless unless one of the two beats the other by a large margin. Because good hardware sales usually translate to decent support by 3rd parties (in Sony's case 1st party too), and neither one is getting significant support from western 3rd parties.

Sure, Vita is doing great in Japan, but I don't think it's enough to beat Wii U.

I think there is a point being made with China. If it becomes a hit there then Vita may win.

PS Vita is getting God Eater 2: Rage Burst, a new version of the best sold game in Japan and it looks like Rage Burst could even sell more than the original game on the Vita. Games like Sword Art Online Lost Song, One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 and Persona 4: Dancing All Night will help the Vita a lot, the predecessor of them did all quite good on the Vita. And don't forget new games like Digimon Cyber Sleuth, SaGa and Night Cry which all have a lot potencial. "The Rest of the World" loves portable gaming, so Vita will sell a lot units there. I can even see Vita doing better in the west this year than last year, Sony must bring us a Minecraft bundle and localize games like God Eater 2: Rage Burst, Digimon Cyber Sleuth or the new SaGa.


Those big games that u listed, God Eater, Sword Art, One Piece, Persona, all belong to series that already have installments on Vita so there is a high chance that those games will sell well but not necessarily do a whole lot for hardware.

Even I, me that I'm a huge Vita fan, think WiiU will sooner or later outsell it for good. Because Nintendo still supports it, otherwise we would be having a different chat.
