Seriously, this is a valid question. I need to know why.
For me personally the only reason I keep it is to remote play Persona 5 when it comes out.

Because I still have a lot of games to play on the vita.

Because I am smooching the games off of someone elses library and in return, he gets to use my steam library!

Far too many games in my backlog. It's my most played console still and there are multiple games each week being released for it at the moment only adding to my ludicrous backlog.

That's one of my concerns too. A lot of these games never leave Japan. Who says we're ever getting Digimon?
I have more games on my vita then I've had on any previous handheld. Half of which I haven't finished playing... Hoping for Digimon, Oreshinka, Gravity Rush 2, FFXII HD, The Star Ocean remake announced recently, Saga, Light Speed Drifter and other indie titles...
Still yet to play Rayman Legends and Freedom Wars. Playing Persona 4 at the moment.
Well for now, I need to finish Danganronpa 2. Then I need to get Tales of Hearts R and Steins Gate.
I'm hoping by that time there will be more stuff to look forward to
