Forums - Sony - Why do you still keep your Vita?

Because it was a present and I'm not exactly in need of money. So I'd feel bad selling it. It will come in useful in years to come when I want to play some ps1 games.

It's a very effective dust collector. That's all I can say from my experience.

Because Guacamelee on the Vita is my favorite game of this generation...

Because I am still griding away at Rainbow Moon...

Because one day I will finish Persona 4 Golden...

And because it is easier to carry with me on trips (than a console)...

And because I just bought Suikoden 2...

Because it has a backlog rich in quality games that you can't find nowhere else. Pretty much a hidden gem like the Dreamcast.

Oh and it has PS+ freebies.

...Let the Sony Domination continue with the PS4...

At first it was a portable PS3 with Uncharted, AC, KZ:M, Gravity Rush, etc. Now it's becoming something totally different, a console that fixes a unique need with all these great Japanese games. Virtue's Last Reward, Danganronpa 1 and 2, Kingdom Hearts R, Persona 4G, FF X & X-2 HD and many other Japanese games are experiences that I can't find anywhere else. On top of that it's the best way to play PSX classics (can't stand them on a big screen), though I still miss Xenogears in the EU PSN Store Why, Sony? Just give me that bloody game!!
Last but not least - there are some great indies coming to it. I'm not a big fan of indies, but there are really some great games coming and I'm excited to play them.

To keep it short - it has great games, offers a unique experience different to my other consoles and the backlog keeps on getting larger with every passing month

Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!

My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/

My consoles: PS2 Slim, PS3 Slim 320 GB, PSV 32 GB, Wii, DSi.

Access to PSP games offered, portable PS Now, remote play, PS plus is VERY generous toward the device, and it has good software available, even if a little less than the competition. I don't play handhelds near as mach as console, so software is adequate for me.

All in all, the system is worth the money and my purchase is more than justified at the end of the day.

I have more games for my Vita than I do for my 3DS. I have over 30 games for each platform. They're doing better than current consoles that's for sure :^)

Honestly, i keep mine for power outages and hospital visits, and such. I own a bunch of PS+ games i haven't played for it yet.

Because i love it. Hoping for Danganronpa 3 currently

I have plenty of games for it and still playing stuff on it at this moment

Coz i love my Vita even more than my ps4. Anywhere I go my Vita goes lol.
