Probably any of the Dragon Quest games. I tend to explore a lot in them, other than that. Probably nothing particularly.

When i first played RE (the originel PS1 version), it took my about 10-12 hours to complete. After a while i could finish it within 100 minutes.

But if it takes you long to beat a game, it's not really a short game is it ;) And if you finish a "long" game in a fast time, does it become a short game then?? Like Dark Souls can be completed within an hour... so it's a short game?

Just saying that games are to be enjoyed! Completing a game (or games in general) fast does not say much about your gaming skills anyway. It mostly says you just like to enjoy the world you are in :)

Whats your top 3 dungeons of all the Zelda games? (Assuming you played them all)

I don't know, but I can tell you the ones I like more from each game:

ALTTP: I enjoy all dungeons except the Hyrule Castle and Hyrule Castle Seawers.

Ocarina of Time: Forest Temple, Fire Temple, Water Temple, Bottom of the Well, Shadow Temple, Spirit Temple and Ganon's Castle.

Ocarina of Time Master Quest: Inside  Great Deku Tree, Dodongo's Cavern, Inside Jabu Jabu's Belly, Forest Temple, Spirit Temple and Ganon's Castle.

Majora's Mask: Snowhead Temple, Great Bay Temple and Stone Tower Temple.

The Wind Waker: Earth Temple, Wind Temple and Ganon's Castle.

Twilight Princess: All of them

Skyward Sword: All of them

 

The other dungeons are good but not very fond on those. Some I can't even remember.

...That's a really long time, dude. I don't think I've ever spent 3 hours in any dungeon in any Zelda game, lol. Water Temple became one of my favorites after they fixed the experience in OoT 3D.

I missed the damn key in the second floor on the room where you encounter Ruto at the beggining.

Rayman Legends. I have nearly 60 hours into it. Should take a little less than 30 for a completionist apparently. That's probably because I regularly do daily challenges for the game.

DKC: Tropical Freeze. Over 75 hours. Probably at least 10 hours trying to master Bopopolis.

Both are really awesome games - glad I'm getting all that I can from them!
