Short games that took you too long to beat

Whats your top 3 dungeons of all the Zelda games? (Assuming you played them all)

I don't know, but I can tell you the ones I like more from each game:

ALTTP: I enjoy all dungeons except the Hyrule Castle and Hyrule Castle Seawers.

Ocarina of Time: Forest Temple, Fire Temple, Water Temple, Bottom of the Well, Shadow Temple, Spirit Temple and Ganon's Castle.

Ocarina of Time Master Quest: Inside  Great Deku Tree, Dodongo's Cavern, Inside Jabu Jabu's Belly, Forest Temple, Spirit Temple and Ganon's Castle.

Majora's Mask: Snowhead Temple, Great Bay Temple and Stone Tower Temple.

The Wind Waker: Earth Temple, Wind Temple and Ganon's Castle.

Twilight Princess: All of them

Skyward Sword: All of them

 

The other dungeons are good but not very fond on those. Some I can't even remember.
