That is correct.  They only act as a middleman for third party sales.  So it's pretty unusual for Wii U to even enter the top 100, even when sales are up.

Yeah, it's pinballing around a lot. It was #19 and now it's #16. I remember during Black Friday week, it was confirmed that Amazon rankings also take 3rd party sellers into account. Are used XB1's also counted because there's a bunch being sold for a significantly lower price tag (though yes, the codes are redeemed)?

A third party seller was selling the Assassin Creed bundle for $300 with prime. They sold out fairly quickly, so who knows how many they had in stock.

PS4 and X1 quite close again. The Order dropped a few places because of the Genesis stuff.
