Kinect sports rivals, or maybe that one counts with the Kinect Sports franchise. I would like to see some new IP's but otherwise I think they have such a treasure of IP's already that they can expand upon.

MS knows that the most money is made from sequels like Windows 10 and Office 2016, and they translate that strategy onto the gaming side as well. As long as they earn money from.sequels and 3rd party exclusives, no need to take risks on unknown properties.
However, I do expect MS to have a lot of new IPs on the mobile side of their business.
