Forums - Nintendo - Nintendo should partner up with Capcom to make a Nintendo vs. Capcom game.

While nintendo characters work for a game like smash they wouldn't fit well in a traditional 2d fighter. Traditional 2d fighters whether it be VS or whatever series usually have characters that look like... well a fighter, they look like warriors ,this has always been the mantra for 2d fighters, only few nintendo characters fit that bill.

As big fan of traditional fighters (it's honestly probably my favorite genre in games) and a fan of nintendo, I have no desire to see yoshi fight chun li with the complexities of a normal fighting game.

Also TvsC is awesome and probably the second best fighter to come out last gen, I will be happy with just a remaster or whatever of that and proper online.

Who cares what fighters usually look like? MvC and TvC prove that a character can look like anything and fit into a fighting game. Quadriped wolf spirits, talking racoons, chibi midgets, and Giant Robots. Those guys are experts at making weird characters fit in fighting games. That's the whole point of the Vs. games.

Also, I doubt you'd see Yoshi. They'll likely be much more selective with their roster than Smash is.

Nintendo v everybody else(EA, Ubi, and other big 3rd party publishers).

that would be epic, and the hate, they'll surely enjoy fighting it out.
