Lmao, I didn't even think about that. :D

I highly doubt that Microsoft would allow a competing game service unto the xbone. I imagine that MS makes a decent amount of money through the digital store.

Nintendo had cooperative talks with steam last year and I doubt Valve would work with MS. The Wii U and PC combo is a surprisingly common one and one I suggest over a year and a half ago.

You realise that last gen Valve games were often PC/Xbox only. So yeah, they've already worked with Microsoft...

Gabe Newell has sinxe blasted Microsoft's Windows 8 and dug in with linux for their operating system of choice. A clear choice to compete with, and not join MS. So yes, I (meaning my opinion) doubt valve will work with MS (future tense and not referring to the past).

Well blasting Windows 8 was hardly unique to Valve...

It will be all about Windows 10 soon enough though...

I have given up on the Windows OS. I don't like the Metro look/feel. I think Microsoft is making stupid decisions.

I think it would be the other way round and Microsoft would be the one in trouble, streaming is never gonna be big and if anything this will hurt Microsoft.

Streaming is never gonna be big? Well, you should tell Sony that their PSNow service and the acquisition of Gaikai wasn't a good decision as they most probably are trying to move the games and service to there.

I actually do think streaming is never gonna be big especially in gaming. Prices for streaming are gonna be kept high, since the amount of hardware needed to run a huge streaming service will cost a lot and therefore it will never be popular.

In home streaming  from one device in your house to another device in your house will probably never be huge.

There's only 2 races: White and 'Political Agenda'
2 Genders: Male and 'Political Agenda'
2 Hairstyles for female characters: Long and 'Political Agenda'
2 Sexualities: Straight and 'Political Agenda'

This just in: XBO is now a Steam (stream) Box. Actually it sounds more like XBO is an Apple TV/PSTV for Steam.

It sounds nice on paper but I can't see this feature becoming successful/used often on XBO. If I wanted to play Steam on TV i'd just hook up my laptop/desktop to my tv.

Not happening.

This isn´t interesting either for MS or Valve.

The best you can expect is a unified achievement and social hub.

They could use it as a flawed marketing tactic to get around the whole Sony/PC exclusive games that aren't coming to xbox but that will need some crazy spinning

PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850

If they would want people to stream PC games to X1 they would've implemented that in the Xbox app.
