Not sure. It'd be an Amstrad CPC 464 game. Probably one of the following:
Agent X II: The Mad Prof's Back:
Bomb Jack:
Gun Smoke:
Out Run:
Roland on the Ropes:
Starquake:
Trapdoor:

Wow, that was so long ago I couldn't even tell you. However, I do remember the first "CD-ROM" based game I ever played was Myst.
I'm pretty sure it was Mario but I only have initial memories of my brother making me play Silver Surfer and if I didnt,he wouldnt give me back my bike

I might have had one before red on a floppy disk some random basket ball game that me and my sister played whenever my dad took us down to the college computer lab (he was the head of the division up until I arrived in said division, left before his son came in -_-) I'm unsure if that came first or Pokemon but I do vaguely remember both.

Snake II, obviously.
My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.
