Crash 3 > Super Mario 64 > Crash 2 > Crash
Its worth pointing out here that I think Crash 3 is the greatest platforming game ever released.

HORRAY!!! I wonder... what's your favourite Crash game? You told us you like the trilogy more but you forgot to give us your favourite!
As for me it's the second Crash game followed closely by the third one. Those games made my childhood!

Why 3 games vs one? seems unfair?
Anyway crash over mario but banjo over both

ps3 was my first playstation. i've played quite a few of the ps2 remasters on ps3 but that's a deep as my playstation history goes. i like platformers so i'll play the crash reboot if that games is real but i'm not going to play crash 1-3. i'll be honest here,.. n64 (and i assume ps1) was the worst generation of games i've ever had the misfortue of playing. the entire gen was horrible, just horrible. it was just a excruciatingly 5 year long lesson that 3D games play like shit if you don't have dual analog.

Crash 3 it is! But it's really hard to choose between 2 and 3. |
Indeed 3 was the pinnacle of the series, even though I like 2 more I see why it's so loved by everyone. I'd love to have a new crash game too!! But it seems like an impossible right now...

i thought ps1 had just a d-pad? did games like crash support dual analog or was it like more perhiphials and not supported?
Super Mario 64 handily bests any Crash game for me. The Crash games were ok, but any of the main Mario platformers are much better, IMO.
Individually is a no brainer, M64, but as a Trilogy Crash of course.
But that's unfair.
It's like comparing Devil May Cry Trilogy to just Bayonetta 2 or God of War 3.
