3 months time updated again.

We got Famitu's 2013 Top 1000 so LTDs of some old Wii, WiiU, DS & 3DS games have been updated.

3DS got one new game, Fire Emblem Fates, which is really good as it only accounts for one week thus far.

WiiU got plenty of new releases including Xenoblade, Dragon Quest X 3.0 and Splatoon.

It also includes digital btw.

Will update again in 3 months.

wait so NES has more million sellers than PS1 or PS2? I knew it was close but vgchartz doesn't have all of the million sellers listed for NES.

currently playing: Skyward Sword, Mario Sunshine, Xenoblade Chronicles X

wait wait wait so NES has 41 million sellers and PS1+PS2 has 43? Vgchartz really has to fix their numbers. They have far more million sellers on PS and PS2

The second half of the year should help out that Wii U list quite a bit. Yoshi, Super Mario Maker, Star Fox, Mario Tennis, Mario & Sonic at Rio and Illusory Revelations#FE should easily make the list. If Amiibo Crossing gets a retail release over there, it should as well. Devil's Third is the only wild card imo. 7k shouldn't be too hard to beat...but it is Amazon exclusive, so I'm not too confident. There are also the few third party games but I'm not sure which ones are being localized, so yeah.

Not much to say about the 3DS. Should easily get a few more million sellers by year's end. Really nice to see Fates doing so well; it should catch up to Awakening fairly quickly. I also wonder when Rhythm Heaven and Girls Mode 3 will make it into the Top 50. They both belong to series that are known for remarkable legs.

Mario & Sonic at Sochi didn't chart on Famitsu, so I would't be so sure about it.

Famitsu (nor MC) track Amazon so we won't even know how badly that Devil's Third will bomb.

Rythm heaven would've shown up had it had one more week, Style Savvy doesn't have much of a chance, if it enters top 50 it won't last long there.

How is it on the list then? Usually the summer games outsell the winter ones, right? I mean, I'm not saying it will do amazing numbers but I'm fairly certain it will at least make the list.

Welp, I guess that settles the Devil's Third situation, lol.

Do you think Style Savvy 3 will sell notably worse than Trendsetters LT? I don't recall it having a vastly different FW or subsequent weeks.

I was looking all over for a "Best Selling Games in Japan Ever" list and couldn't find one that was up to date or as expansive as yours. Should've checked here first.

That's because we got Famitsu's Top 1000 from 2013, that's why the FW column theres a ? instead of a number, we don't know how it did on its first week because it never charted.

Style Savvy is currently at #74 on my 3DS ranking and its already loosing steam, with the big games coming to 3DS later this year even if it charts it won't last on top 50 for long.

Trensetters also released near the holidays.

Even so, I'd imagine it will end up in the Top 50 in terms of LT numbers.

That's rather disappointing. I remember Nintendo saying they anticipate it being a game that will sell for the remainder of the system's life, so that leads me to believe they will do more ad campaigns in the future. I hope its momentum improves but if not, the odds of localization don't seem high.
