Nintendo on the other hand just lets the auto bot system flag everything. And not have a human double check. So Joe has to waste his time, do an apeal and lose money on his review. Well, he could just as easily cut off the sound and have royalty free music playing instead and just tell people the situation

That requires all the games allowing you to do that. What happens if a game doesn't. All of the audio has to be removed. And ruins his review.

Well firstly, why are there so many tracks on there that got copyrighted? Like, it wasn't just one or two, it was a bunch so it makes me think that its not only for his review cause there are quite a few tracks in there. And it wont ruin his review if he does it right since many other people do it very well for games like GTA which are full of licensed music. And idk what the first part means

still could have bought it himself, not every game is striked on your video. Bayonetta 2 i think isnt and that was 10/10 and he hasnt reviewed it.

I think this is something on both Nintendo and YouTube. It's obvious that the copyright claim was done by a bot, and that part is YouTube's bot problem. Nintendo's problem is continuing to use it when the costs of using it might be more damaging that what they are protecting.

Clearly a bot screw up. Which is why bots suck for this kinda work. Thing is, there are plenty of YouTubers with Nintendo content that don't have these issues. Projared, SomeCallMeJohnny, and Gamexplain to name a few. Joe should ask them how they handle it.

Angry Joe probably hasn't been on Ninteno's radar. He should be. Joe's friends like ProJared and JonTron certainly are.

Glad he liked MK8 though.

Really want to know what Joe thinks of Devils Third and Splatoon when they come out.

LMAO Nintendo of all the companies had to flag joe! They flagged the lets players and wanted part of their money as well. Nintendo should just turn into the Youtube Mafia taking money from Nintendo gamers for their "protection".
