That's not really that issue. It's Nintendo not caring about fair use. if you're reviewing the product. Everything falls under this. Nintendo on the other hand just lets the auto bot system flag everything. And not have a human double check. So Joe has to waste his time, do an apeal and lose money on his review. While he waits a month.

Well, he could just as easily cut off the sound and have royalty free music playing instead and just tell people the situation

That requires all the games allowing you to do that. What happens if a game doesn't. All of the audio has to be removed. And ruins his review.

Well firstly, why are there so many tracks on there that got copyrighted? Like, it wasn't just one or two, it was a bunch so it makes me think that its not only for his review cause there are quite a few tracks in there. And it wont ruin his review if he does it right since many other people do it very well for games like GTA which are full of licensed music. And idk what the first part means
