True, but there is the possibility of Splatoon and Xenoblade being big hits.

Plus I think it will sell more because all those people on the fence will finally cave in and buy the console. All the bad press is mostly gone from their minds and the list of games, new and old will entice them.

So, after the ND today, I had some time to think and I came to the conclusion that 2015 looks pretty great for me with the Wii U.

Before, I was only iffy on a few of the games but now want Splatoon & X for sure. X wasn't even on my radar before but it had something that drew me in. I think it was the large variety in the areas. Splatoon looks awesome too but hope they add 2V2 multiplayer. 

I am also possibly getting Bayonetta 2 and have yet to get the Mario Kart DLC or any eShop games.

After that we still have Yoshi and Mario Maker which I'll look into. Finally, we have Zelda at the end of the year. Windwaker was my first Zelda experience and thought it was a great game, solid all around.

I might also get the Metroid Prime Trilogy if it's cheap because a few people on here love it. I tried Prime 1 & 3 before and couldn't get into it. It was too hard for my casual-ness. I might give it another go.

Anyway, I'm hoping 2015 is great and things are looking up for my opinion on the Wii U!

You should definitely try to pick up the OG Xenoblade Chronicles if you're interested in XB:X... Try playing that first...

IMO The Wii U only became a "MUST HAVE" console last year... This is coming from a huge Ninty fan such as myself...

Don't be too hard on urself... You predicted SSB3DS and SSBU combined will sell more than Destiny in all it's iterations... You were right on the money... (at least it's strongly trending that way...)

Nah you could always be right. I'm personally hoping Nintendo pushes Splatoon hard so it can grow into one of their top tier franchises, but at this point in terms of Wii U sales, it's definitely best to expect the worst!

Don't be too hard on urself... You predicted SSB3DS and SSBU combined will sell more than Destiny in all it's iterations... You were right on the money... (at least it's strongly trending that way...)

Nah you could always be right. I'm personally hoping Nintendo pushes Splatoon hard so it can grow into one of their top tier franchises, but at this point in terms of Wii U sales, it's definitely best to expect the worst!

Well if they bloody market and advertise the damn thing it would be a different story! But yeah I hope its a great game, I hope it sells as much as it deserves.

I have to say Wii U is being an incredible console for me so far, despite some flaws. It is also managing to halt my PS4 purchase a lot more than i thought. Initially i planned to get it by the end of 2015, but now i think i will wait a little more.

Have you ever played the Prime games before or will you basically be new to it like me?

Prime 3 hard? That game is ridiculously easy.
Too bad they nerfed the difficulty in MP2 in the Prime Trilogy or you'd be in for a shock lol.

Okay, I'm debating buying Xenoblade Chronicles for Wii, and play it on my Wii U.

So is it worth the 104.99+tax. That's the cheapest offer for a new copy I could find.

Please convince me.
