Hulu paid for its exclusivity in the US. Hard to be upset: without such extra revenue, the show would have been cancelled before the catchphrase could even exist!

Video quality is worse than Netflix, interface and speed of browsing is piss poor, and it has commericals. I'm paying a premium rate to watch commericals.
