So, Mobile = 30m, PC 18.1m, Xbox 360 12m (+ 9 months sales), PS3 3m+ (+ 9 months sales) PS4, XB1 and Vita (Or is Vita the pocket version?)

I'd say closer to 80m.

Vita is a "Playstation Edition", not Pocket.

Yes, it is 5 million plus. But the sale tracker also tells you when it has reached 10 million so at most it's at around 9 million. That's still another 21 million to go and I hardly doubt ios + wp sold that much. I guess it might mean downloaded not sold as in the game was bought delegated from device and downloaded again without paying.

Edit: Not specifically the Pocket edition but Minecraft as a whole.

Downloaded doesn't mean it ISN'T sold either. It says it in the link you just linked and Mojang themselves say bought.
