well what would worry me is 360/ps3 price cuts and black Friday sales.

Impossible. Wii U will not be higher than 3.5 million in 2015.
And if the Vita can reach 2.3 million in 2014 without China, what will it reach in 2015 with China?
I guess the Vita will sell 1-2m in China 2015 and 2-2.5 million in the west in 2015.
So it will be 3-4 million global end of 2015, let's say 3.5 ok?

So I would say:
Vita sales (end of 2015) = Wii U sales (end of 2015)
or
Vita sales (end of 2015) > Wii U sales (end of 2015)
