  • Focusing on navigational freedom for this entry.
  • All paths have consequences, there’s no “golden path.”

This is what really matters. Should give the new TR a run for its money in the gameplay and traversal department.

It's a shame ND didn't make comments about a release date. PS4 needs UC4 in 2015.

It is launching in 2015. Why do you think Microsoft moneyhatted Tomb Raider? They didnt have any games to go up against it.

Since this is next gen, will the enemies actually try to cover when Nathan shoots at them?

Yep, expect the ai to be smarter, seeing that they are copying some bits from the Last of Us as well.

The only thing Tomb Raider gave to Uncharted four was the pick axe climbing. Nothing else from what I saw was taken. Not really worth it with Tomb Raiders level of animations anyway. Tomb Raider will just be mindless gorey fun. I dont expect much including smaller areas than Uncharted because of the fact that its not even next gen.

But then when is Kingdom Hearts 3 going to come out?

Having to wait 4 years for Uncharted is fine in comparison

As they haven't even showed us a teaser, not even a single image, KH3 will take a looong time to happen.
I don't wanna spoil the hopes but KH3 might be the new FF vs13...
Well, maybe it can come in 2018. 2 years after FF15 (if coming in 2016) sound ok to me.

They have shown us a teaser!

Granted it's somewhat fake. But KH II has been out 9 years! They've basically been saying it's been in development since then (or at least they're thinking about it...). It is basically already FF Versus XIII!

But that comment has already been made, UC4 is a 2015 title barring any delays.

I'm not sure.  Sometime I have the impression ND is trying to avoid talking about release dates.

With U2 they announced the release date a year out. They called it the worst decision they ever made. It won't be repeated

Even with a tight schedule. The result was amazing.

While I think the Last of Us is objectively better and pushed the boundaries more, I prefered Uncharted 2. Probably favourite game of all time

But it's better not to nearly kill yourself to release it on time

It's amazing that ND was able to make two games of such a high level in the same generation.  It's also crazy to think they had the courage to release a new IP so late in the PS3 lifecycle.  Congrats to them.
