So Microsoft made a console bottlenecked by integrated CPU and freeing 10% of it will let GPU to work at full power or what? So far the only use for that freed CPU I can think about is mining bitcoins. VERY SLOWLY.

You know, too, going Bankai was a lot cooler than going SSJ.  Mostly.

This is going to take zero difference in the grand scheme of things, but whatever I'd take a couple fps over those two features any day .

I think they should give up on xbone, make backwards-compatible Xbox 1080 and offer to exchange it for free for those who bought previous console. C'mon Microsoft, it'll only cost $3 billion and you get a console which can compete with PS4!
