I doubt that it would amount to anything. People would be better asking MS to make some new IP's than hoping that extra power would make it more comparable to the ps4 in terms of power.
I hear about these stuff all the time every gen. Lets actually see this stuff in action and then we'll decide what level of Super Saiyan this is.
Super Saiyan is more like a Japanese thing since its from Dragon Ball Z so the term is more suited for PS4/Nintendo rather than the Xbox One. Hmmm what is the American equivalency of some superhero that powers up? From Bruce Banner to the Hulk?.....I can't think of any at the moment.

It's really fast and responsive and if keeping those 2 extra cores keeys the install time at the ridiculous speed it currently is it's more than worth it.

Cant blame Microsoft. When competitor is in Super saiyan 4 in terms of GPU power unlocking CPU is best. Good for halo 5.
