I wish it was cross-buy. I want it on my 3DS, but there's going to be a console exclusive battle mode and I don't want to miss out so I have to buy the Wii U version, even though this type of game is better on handhelds.

This is the first post to objectively state why one version of the game is superior to the other. I'm having the same dilemma as the TC, so now I'm leaning more toward the Wii U version.

I got $5 on the eShop thanks to the Digital Deluxe program. Didn't know what to spend it on. Figured I would get Monster Hunter for 3DS but I may go with Shovel Knight. I'm gonna check some reviews....
