There aren't any must buys for me on that list, but UC4 will more than likely be entertaining. I might rent it someday. I'm mostly interested in No Man's Sky.

No Man's Sky, The Order:1886, Bloodborne, Wild and Uncharted 4 are all of the games I would get that are exclusive. Bloodborne, No Man's Skry and Wild would probably be my favorites though.

They can't include Persona 5 or DQ Heroes, they are not exclusive.  Dont know if MLB is.  Probably didn't include Disgaea or R&C cause there's no footage to show.

Those games are exclusive to PS platforms, which is more exclusive than console and PC games imo.

Okay...the video says PS4 exclusives, those games are not PS4 exclusives.

Okay.. so why is there PC games on there? 

I don't follow indie games, idk if any of them are on PC.
