Yes, thats how publishing works -_-

Anyway controversial opinion here, Nintendo should expand into the mobile market with their big IPs. Many Mario Party mini games and even that weird DK platformer could be done. Same with Kirby Canvas games or Nintendogs. So much potential but they arent willing to take a risk.
